The “Support” section enables affiliates to send internal messages directly to their affiliate manager via a simple message ticket system and view all messages sent and the responses at any time. The internal message system works to avoid communication loss through spam filters. Note: After publishing the reply, the affiliate who asked the question, receives a notification message at his/her e-mail address.

The frequently asked questions section displays the questions and answers that are posted and managed by the administrator.This gives the affiliate a useful integrated resource to find out information about the affiliate program from within the back-office.
