How do you calculate the odds?
We pay full-track-odds on Win, Place and Show bets; Also full track odds in all exotic wager. We limit the maximum payout per race according to the type of tracks.
How close to the start of a race can I place a bet?
Wagers can be placed up to post time over the phone which is when the horses enter the gate.
How long does it take for my account to be updated after the race is complete?
Your account should be updated 10-15 minutes after the completion of the race.
What is the minimum and maximum wager allowed?
Minimum: $1 on the internet $2 over the phone. Maximum: according to the type of track.
What type of tracks do you offer?
Thoroughbred, Quarter Horse, Harness and Arabian Tracks from across North America and some major events all around the world...
Where can I see that my wager has been confirmed?
Log in to your account, click on pending amount. All wagers will be shown, once placed and after graded, can be viewed under reports.
Why is there no live video for the races?
Live video feed is difficult to get and most tracks do not offer it. Some do, but their schedules may not be reliable from day to day.
Where can I go to watch a race?
TVG channel 405 on Dish Network. Some tracks offer free viewing of the races over the internet from their website.
What type of wagers can I bet?
All wagers same as the host track up to Pick 4, depending on what the host track is offering.
Are live odds available?
Live odds are available for each race after the previous race becomes official and are refreshed every 60 seconds.
What are your wager limits?
A Maximum risk amount of $1500 per horse, per; Win, Place and Show and a Maximum risk amount, of $ 500 per exotic wager.
Where can I find the changes/scratches/results of a race I've wagered on?
The changes and scratches will be posted on the race program page and updated every minute. The results will be posted for each race on the race program page after the race is deemed official.
What happens when a horse I have wagered on scratches?
WagerWeb Racebook will follow the guidelines set forth by the host track.
Do you offer greyhound racing, UK racing or Australian racing?
We do not offer them at this time, however; it is something we hope to offer in the future.
Why don't you offer wagering from my local track?
We at WagerWeb Racebook are proud to offer over 100 tracks to wager on throughout the year. Although we do try to offer all the top tracks and the most popular tracks, we are limited to what we can offer by the availability of the tracks live odds feed.
Can I cancel my wager once it has been submitted?
No, once a wager has been submitted it can not be changed, cancelled or modified in any way.
Where can I find the results of the last wager I made?
Once the race is official and uploaded we will have the results posted on our site. You will find them on the same page as the program information for any particular race.
If you would like to verify the results with another website, go to www.equibase.com. Choose "Results" at the top of the page, and then "Quick Results." This will bring up a list of tracks and races for the day.
