Phoenix and New Orleans met in the desert eight days ago, and that one wasn't close: The Suns won 124-104. A lot of bad karma seemed to follow the Hornets after that.

If the NBA playoffs started today, the San Antonio Spurs would be watching from home. Of course the season is still in its first few weeks, but is there cause for concern for the 4-4 Spurs? After all, this was supposed to be the main challenger to the Lakers out West.
